Not Receiving Emails

Troubleshoot email delivery issues and check spam folders.

Check spam, quarantine and "Promotions" folders. Add no-reply@bold-bloom.com to your safe-senders list. If the email still does not arrive after five minutes, ensure your address is spelled correctly under Profile → Account, then request a new send. Persistent issues are usually due to corporate spam filters — ask your IT team to allow-list the bold-bloom.com domain.
